The have very good tasty food , they made a mistake on order but rectified and delivered the right order I would give full stars but just felt had the order been correct the first time I without a doubt I could be able to do that.

I ordered a classic special kebab which states it comes with onions and peppers, there was 3 very small bits of pepper and maybe 4 bits of onion! Food arrived earlier than advised, yet it was still rather cold, also the portion size was very poor compared to last time I ordered the same meal, for the price I paid it was very overpriced, probably won’t be ordering from here again based on portion sizes/price compared to other takeaways in the area!

absolutely disgusting customer service. I made a genuine mistake by ordering food that was 25 miles away.. there is a company in the town where I live by the same name who has been around for over 25years. I used feed me online tonight and ordered from who I thought was the company in my town..I went to collect and it was realized that I had made this genuine mistake. I rang this company and they said no the food was made so no refunds! I am over 25 miles away, and am owning up to a genuine mistake. very rude to me on the phone and to the owner of the shop in my town who tried to help me too. I hope you enjoy my money and food. Robbed for being mistaken. wouldn't recommend at all. Feed me online your a disgrace for having companies like this on your app. May I also add I didn't collect this food so I didn't receive goods as per my payment. Very poor customer relations.
